轴承生锈是水泵设备比较常见的问题了，一旦水泵出现异常的摩擦噪音、轴承位严重发热等问题的时候，就得警惕轴承是不是生锈了，不及时处理的话，可能引起水泵其他组件损坏，那么水泵轴承为什么会生锈？生锈了应该怎么处理？
水泵轴承生锈原因有哪些？
1、环境问题。水泵长期在潮湿的环境下使用，轴承很容易就接触到湿气，时间长了以后轴承表面氧化，会形成锈迹。如果环境中还存在腐蚀性介质，轴承锈蚀问题会更加严重。
2、轴承质量问题。水泵使用了质量差的轴承，受材料、加工工艺影响，抗腐蚀能力差，装配到水泵设备中过不了多久，就会生锈腐蚀、剥离等质量问题。
3、选型不对。考虑到水泵使用环境，一般会选用带有密封的轴承，有了密封装置以后，能有效防止水分侵入轴承内部。相比较而言，开式的轴承更容易受环境影响而生锈。
4、维护保养不当。水泵轴承需要维护保养的，这是很多用户经常忽视的，比如长时间不更换润滑油、不及时清理轴承表面的污垢、水分等，都会导致轴承生锈。另外，水泵停用期间没有做防锈措施，也容易让轴承生锈。
水泵轴承生锈了应该怎么处理？
1、可以拆下水泵轴承查看生锈程度，如果只是表面轻微锈蚀，不影响轴承使用，经特殊打磨防锈处理以后，可以继续使用。如果锈蚀严重，建议更换新的轴承。
2、对于环境湿度大，污染大的环境，可以使用带密封的轴承，低速用深沟球，高速用角接触，密封装置能有效防止水汽、腐蚀介质混入轴承，延长轴承使用寿命。
3、尽量保持水泵工作环境的干燥、通风，避免轴承长时间接触水分和湿气，必要的时候考虑采取防潮措施，如安装防潮罩、使用防潮材料等。
水泵轴承生锈一般是受环境影响或者轴承的质量不过关才引起的，想要源头上解决问题，就得从选型入手，充分考虑水泵轴承的使用环境、参数需求，然后匹配合适的精密轴承，这样才能让轴承更加耐用。
