•给液压油箱加油至标准油位，试机表明异常噪声虽有所降低，但仍然存在；然后，通过主泵排气阀对主泵进行排气后重新试机，发现异常噪声还是存在，说明此噪声不可能完全是由泵吸空而引起的。
•对液压油箱的吸油滤芯和回油滤芯均进行了检查，发现吸油滤芯变黑、有油泥，而回油滤芯上粘有褐色金属颗粒，为此更换了上述滤芯；考虑到回油滤芯上粘有褐色的金属颗粒，于是将主泵的油液放出并进行了检查，发现也有褐色的金属颗粒；
•解体检查主泵时发现活塞、配流盘、斜盘等无损坏现象，而滑履产生了磨损。将其更换后，严格按要求进行了装配，清洗了液压系统并换油，当再次启动试机时，异常噪声消失，故障已被排除。
