1.声音监听（非接触式）
工具：长柄螺丝刀（或听针）、声学听诊器。
操作方法：
将听针一端贴在轴承座或电机外壳上，另一端贴近耳朵，监听轴承运行声音。
正常状态：平稳的 “嗡嗡” 声（类似轻微电流声），无明显杂音。
异常特征：
尖锐啸叫/哨音：可能是轴承气膜不稳定、供气压力不足或叶轮与壳体摩擦。
金属撞击声/咔嗒声：轴承磨损、间隙过大或内部零件松动（如空气轴承的箔片脱落）。
持续异响且逐渐增大：需立即停机，避免轴承抱死引发叶轮抱死。
2.温度检测
工具：红外测温枪（精度 ±2℃）、设备自带温度传感器（若有）。
检测点：轴承座表面、电机端盖（靠近轴承位置）。
标准范围：
空气轴承正常温度一般≤70℃（不同厂家略有差异，以说明书为准）。
若温度突然升高（如10分钟内上升10℃以上），可能是：
供气污染（油/水进入轴承，导致润滑失效）。
轴承磨损加剧或气膜间隙异常（如空气轴承的箔片变形）。
