原因有以下几点：
1、使用过程中磨损不均匀导致动平衡丢失，从而导致运转时振动加大；处理方法是停机时做动平衡，由专业人士和公司来做。
2、轴承游隙过大，超过使用标准，导致运转时振动加大；处理方式是更换轴承。
3、非正常停机导致风叶轴弯曲超过标准范围，从而运转是振动超标；处理方法是更换风叶轴。
4、风机叶轮和电机的联轴器找正如果不达标也会导致振动。处理方法是对联轴器重新找正。
