1、现象
盾构刀盘轴承失效，刀盘无法转动，盾构失去切削功能无法推进。
2、原因分析
⑴盾构刀盘轴承密封失效，砂土等杂质进入轴承内，使轴承卡死。滚柱无法在滚道内滚动，轴承损坏；
⑵封腔的润滑油脂压力小于开挖面平衡压力，易引起盾构正面的泥土或地下水夹着杂质进入轴承，使轴承磨损，间隙增大，从而导致保持架受外力破坏而使滚柱散乱，轴承无法转动而损坏；
⑶轴承的润滑状态不好，使轴承磨损严重，进而损坏。
3、预防措施
⑴设计密封性能好、强度高的土砂密封，保护轴承不受外界杂质的侵害；
⑵密封腔内的润滑油脂压力设定要略高于开挖面平衡压力，并经常检查油脂压力；
⑶经常检查轴承的润滑情况，对轴承的润滑油定期取样检查。
4、治理方法
修复轴承。
