在第二道密封和第三道密封之间，保持一定的压力。保护主轴承密封。
唇形密封正向开启压力3Bar，反向打翻压力4.5Bar。（因此，当土仓压力大于3Bar时，这是需要油气密封系统为主轴承密封提供背压。）
关键元件：
1、安全阀，防止压力过高。
2、压力传感器。实时监测油气密封压力。
3、液位计：监测高低液位。
操作流程：
在盾构机土仓压力小于或等于3.0bar时，油气密封系统不工作，但需要向主驱动第三道密封腔加注齿轮油，操作步骤如下：
在盾构机土仓压力超过3.0bar时，油气密封系统才开始调试并工作，调试步骤如下：
注意事项：
安全阀压力设置在2.8bar，防止进气压力过高，损坏唇形密封；
压力传感器实时监测系统中的压力；
高低液位传感器提示加入齿轮油的时间；
气罐液位计提示加入的齿轮油量。
常见故障：
充油球阀忘记关闭。持续注油，齿轮油进入泄露腔。
进油球阀，气阀均关闭，充油球阀打开后，透明软管炸裂。
