柴油发电机组的润滑系统如同“血液系统”，直接影响机组寿命和运行效率。但许多用户因操作不当导致磨损加剧、油耗升高甚至拉缸故障。下面详解机油选择、更换步骤及常见误区，助你避开“保养雷区”！
一、机油选择：认准这3个关键指标
1、粘度等级：
冬季或低温环境选“W”前数字小的，高温环境选后数字大的。
误区：盲目追求高粘度，反而增加启动阻力。
2、API标准：
柴油机专用机油标号带“C”，等级越高抗磨性越好。
3、添加剂类型：
含清净分散剂的机油可减少积碳，延长换油周期。
二、机油更换5步法
1、停机冷却：运行后静置15分钟，让机油回流油底壳。
2、排净旧油：拧开放油螺栓，倾斜机组确保彻底排空。
3、更换滤芯：同步换新机油滤清器，安装前在新滤芯密封圈涂少量机油。
4、加注新油：通过加油口注入至油标尺中线，过量会导致曲轴阻力增大。
5、启动检测：空载运行2分钟，检查油压是否正常，确认无泄漏。
三、常见误区
误区1：机油变黑就换
柴油机机油易变黑是因清净剂发挥作用，需按小时或工况更换。
误区2：不同品牌机油混用
添加剂配方差异可能产生化学反应，加速氧化。
误区3：忽略机油滤清器
只换油不换滤芯=白换！滤芯堵塞会导致机油旁通，杂质直接进入润滑系统。
