操作按如下步骤进行粗调即可：
1、拧下联轴器防护罩的四个紧固螺栓，拆下防护罩；
2、用手盘动联轴器，观察前后联轴器是否水平，有无晃动、偏斜的情形；可贴近联轴器放置直尺等工具辅助参考，观察旋转中联轴器外圆与直尺的间隙是否有明显变化；
3、如果联轴器不同心，进行相应调整：(1) 左右偏斜，可松开泵头轴承座或电机的紧固螺栓，微调泵头或电机的方向即可；(2) 上下偏斜，如果泵端联轴器高于电机端联轴器，那么可以在电机下面垫金属薄片以抬高电机；反之则在泵头轴承座下面垫金属薄片以抬高泵头；
4、检查泵端联轴器和电机端联轴器之间的端面间隙，不应小于1mm，一般在2~3mm；
5、联轴器调整完毕，装回防护罩，并确认泵头轴承座与电机的紧固螺栓都已拧紧。
