液压油泵是液压系统的动力核心，在其工作的时候内部轴承要高速旋转，同时承受压力载荷。一旦液压油泵轴承损坏，就会影响液压系统，出现压力不足、噪音增加等问题。那么发现液压油泵轴承损坏应该怎么处理？下面就来介绍液压油泵轴承故障常见的处理方案。
方案一：改善润滑方式
润滑不良是常见的引起液压油泵轴承损坏原因，要先检查油泵润滑是不是正常，有没有变质、泄露等问题。然后使用清洁、黏度合适的润滑油脂，并且定期补充更换，这样能形成稳定的润滑油膜，减少摩擦磨损，延长使用寿命。
方案二：调整轴承装配
液压油泵轴承没有装好，会影响轴承受力，造成局部磨损、剥离等故障。要调整轴承与轴的配合公差，使用正确的方式装配，不要暴力敲打，并且同心度、预紧力都要控制在合适的范围内，避免轴承偏载。
方案三：使用高质量的轴承
液压油泵轴承要承受载荷，同时高速运行，如果质量不过关或者选型不对，往往用不了多久就会损坏。想要液压油泵轴承耐用，就得提前评估好工况，选择高品质、精度合适的轴承。尽量使用三立轴承这样的国产精密品牌，更耐磨耐用，更稳定。
方案四：控制液压油清洁度
液压油中一旦混入铁屑、砂粒等杂质，可能混入轴承滚道，划伤滚道，产生噪音、发热问题。针对这一问题，可以定期更换液压油、安装过滤装置，隔绝环境影响，才能延长轴承使用寿命。
方案五：不要过载运行
不同规格的液压油泵轴承，设计转速、载荷都不一样，长时间高负荷运行，轴承使用寿命也会下降。尽量避免液压电机长时间超速运行，监测轴承温度、转速等参数，合理使用。
液压油泵轴承坏了并不是简单的更换新轴承就行，必须先分析轴承故障原因，然后针对性排查处理，只有对症下药，才能彻底解决隐患，让油泵轴承更加耐用。
