近期循环水泵盘根频繁出现漏水大缺陷，为此对循环水泵盘根更换做出以下要求：
原因分析：
1.盘根与轴套摩擦间隙过大，或安装压盖用力不均衡。
2.盘根没有再压紧的余量，盘根老化。
3.采用的盘根不合适，包括尺寸、安装方法等。
4.填料函与泵轴不对中。
盘根更换质量管控要点：
1.停泵开票检查填料压盖与填料函体是否有相碰或干涉的现场，正常情况下填料压盖能自由全部放入填料函体内，否则应对填料压盖进行打磨。
2.检查填料函内孔与泵轴的对中，方法是把填料全部抽出后，在填料函孔内安装量规，测量调整内孔与轴套间的间隙，调整到对称位置，装配间隙要求偏差0.5-1mm，超标必须进行对填料函体调整；并按月对填料函体连接螺栓进行紧固检查。
3.检查记录轴套磨损情况，磨损严重大修时更换（磨损超过2mm）。回装时轴套处要打磨光滑。
4.MF260和碳素纤维（25X25mm）结合使用（底部用硬的2根，上面用软的3根）。
5.清理干净填料函体，水封孔眼畅通。每次把一环填料装入填料函体，确保填料落到正确位置，每环填料之间，切口要交错放置，当最后一环装进时，再装入分半填料压盖并均匀地拧上螺母直至平齐，然后松开螺母，并复紧到“指紧”程度。泵启动后，泄漏量可通过调节填料压盖的螺母来控制，调节应缓慢进行，直至得到适合的泄漏量为止。注意：盘根更换后采用稍紧压盖螺栓（必须均匀下压），在循环泵启动后调整螺栓紧力的方法（启动时应有少量水从循环泵压兰流出），防止由于压兰紧力过大引起的盘根与盘根套摩擦甚至冒烟。
