问：我公司窑尾排风机电机是上海电机厂生产，型号为YKK710-8。在巡检过程中，发现联轴器震动幅度过大，经分析，疑似两轴不对中所造成。请问如何消除两轴的不对中状态？
答：发生两轴不对中需要调整及对中处理，否则很容易导致电机故障，产生巨大损失。具体调整时应按照以下4个步骤来完成：
① 测量出一轴相对于另一轴偏离对中状态的大小和方向；
② 换算出需要调整设备地脚的校正量；
③ 按计算结果移动被调设备，使其接近理想的对中状态。
④ 调整过程中，通常应先调倾斜偏移，然后再消除平行偏移。
随着检测仪表的进步，两轴的调整精度也将越来越高。目前最常用的是直尺与塞尺法，除此还有百分表、电子对中仪，以及目前最先进的激光对中仪。对一般设备而言，前两种方法简便宜行，有着很强的实用性。对于大型关键设备而言，则应该应用激光对中仪进行调整。
