板链提升机是物料提升输送的设备，效率高能耗低，稳定可靠，应用于各个行业的物料输送。但也故障的时候，今天咱们来谈谈链条爬顶的原因及处理。
一、板链提升机链条爬顶、轴背斗的原因
1、 链条爬顶的原因较多，这里介绍几种常见的原因及处理方法。
1.1链条节距与链轮节距误差较大，运行中，当链节走过的长度完全超过或小于链轮节距的整数倍时，链条爬顶就开始了。
1.2链条、链轮磨损不协调时，也会轴承以上情况，造成链条爬顶，链轮顶内侧链板。
1.3链轮安装不水平，上下链轮中心不重合、不平行。容易造成链轮顶链条内侧链板。
1.4下部涨紧失效。
2、轴背斗的原因
造成提升机轴背斗的原因比较简单有以下几个方面。
2.1链轮基园直径过小，链条翼板与斗的连接孔的位置尺寸不合适，造成斗在经过上下链轮轴时，斗背与链轮轴碰撞，此时上链轮轴背斗，链条轴套离开链轮槽底，下链轮链条顶齿，反之也如此。
2.2链轮槽底过度磨损，结果与上基本相同。
二、问题的处理
根据以上原因，可以做针对性处理，具体如下。
1、检查安装精度，若是上下链轮不平行、中心不重合，应重新找正。
2、若是链条过松，应对链条进行涨紧。
3、检查若是磨损过重，超过了极限，当更换不合适的部件。
4、检查若是零件精度较差，相对设计不适，应当修正备件及相对位置尺寸。
