半轴油封漏油这是我们平时用车时常会碰到的情况，对于不太懂汽车的新手司机而言，若是出现半轴油封漏油那是相当的烦心，完全不清楚怎么处理。今天就来告诉大家半轴油封漏油的原因和正确处理方法。
半轴油封漏油原因
很多朋友都知道半轴油封危害巨大，可能导致驱动桥内润滑油量减少，从而影响正常润滑，加剧机件的磨损而导致损坏;流到制动鼓内，引起制动不好，危及安全行车;或者润滑油流入轮边减速器内，造成轮边减速器油位升高，冲坏油封.因此半轴油封漏油不容忽视，下面我们来看看半轴油封漏油的原因。
1.驱动桥减速器内加油过多，油面超过正常的高度。
2.油封变质老化导致的密封作用下降。
3.油封的安装出现问题，有缝隙。
4.驱动桥减速器通气孔堵塞，行驶时，油温升高，压力上升，油被挤出，造成油封损坏。
5.半轴油封质量不好，尺寸不符，油封和半轴套管安装过松。
6.轮毂轴承松动，减速器轴承松旷，半轴上下抖动。
7.半轴轴颈磨损导致的密封不严。
半轴油封漏油的解决办法
1.每次换油的时候，主要要和油平面一样齐。
2.每次保养的时候都拆卸减速器通气孔清洗。
3.选择合适并且质量过关的半轴油封。
4.安装油封时主要油封安装的方式正确。
5.对于可能老化的油封需要及时更换。
6.二级保养时需要检查轮毂轴承的紧度，要确认没有松动。
